I saw this application demonstrated by one of the Genesis students I'm mentoring.  It's a great little application to building your business plans with lots of great functionality.  It does cost however... about $150 per year...

The Sydney University Genesis Program is the University's cross-faculty start-up incubator program. Started in 2008 the program has supported more than 700  students and alumni to start their business ideas. Each semester more than 100 student enrol in the program, getting access to weekly workshops, one to one mentorship with outstanding entrepreneurs and business leaders and pitching opportunities.
